Below is a guide to my pricing. Please note that almost every order is different as each couple has different requirements and guest numbers. Text and basic colour amendments are included in the price, bespoke designs or major changes to design work are charged on an individual basis.

This is charged on an individual basis. Once I have your requirements, I can advise of this.

How to Order

Online Ordering

Any stationery, hen party T shirts and gifts that you see in the online shop can be ordered online. Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. I accept many payment methods including VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. I will contact you to confirm any personalisation when I receive your order.

Bespoke Design Service

I try to make bespoke designs as easy and hassle-free as possible. 

  1. Simply email Rebecca at splendidswan@gmail.com with your enquiry.
  2. I will get back to you and request any further information needed.
  3. I will then send a quote and details on how to order.
  4. The full balance is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Once I receive your order I will your design work in.
  6. Once designed I will send you a digital proof to approve.
  7. Once approved, I will print, assemble and ship your items to you. 


Proofs / Design Approvals

So that I can be 100% confident you are happy with my service and final products, I have implemented an approval process. You will receive a digital proof via email, which you will need to approve before production starts. Each time an amendment is made, we send a revised proof for you to check. Nothing will be printed or manufactured until you have approved the final proof. You will also receive a terms and conditions document on confirmation of your order. This must be signed and returned to me before any work can begin. 

Delivery

Following final approval, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise advised.
