Which Countries do I Ship to?

I ship to most countries including the UK, USA, Europe, Ireland and Australia.

Despite the recent changes to the customs de minimis rule in the USA, I am still shipping to the USA. I’m also fully compliant with the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and have an appointed EU representative. So you can order with confidence — all paperwork sorted.

Turnaround Time (Creating Your Order)

Due to the bespoke, hand-painted nature of my designs, the typical turnaround time is 6 weeks+ from the point of receiving your deposit and signing of the contract. This allows time for illustration, customisation, proofing, and printing to the highest standard. If you have a specific deadline, I’ll do my best to accommodate, although booking in early allows you to have the best experience - please get in touch early to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Timeframes

·       UK (Royal Mail, 24 Hour Tracked): Typically 1–3 working days
·       USA (UPS Express): Usually 1–3 working days in transit
·       Australia (UPS Express): usually 7 working days in transit

Please allow a couple of extra days for international orders, in case of delays through customs etc.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure what this might mean for your order.
