    Hi, I’m Rebecca – founder, illustrator, designer and owner of Splendid Swan wedding stationery. I love art, travel and textiles, which often inspire my work. I use traditional watercolours to create unconventional, one-of-a-kind, bespoke wedding stationery.

CASTLE INVITATIONS

One of my specialisms is castle wedding invitations. I will make your venue the centrepiece of your stationery with hand painted illustrations that perfectly capture the architectural details that make your castle so special - from weathered stonework and grand iron gates to elegant turrets and sweeping driveways. You can add in extra illustrations to, perhaps of the castle gardens or ornate fountains to ensure your castle wedding invitations are truly bespoke.

BESPOKE WEDDING DAY STATIONERY & SIGNS

In addition to bespoke wedding invitations, I also create hand crafted menus, place cards and signage, with one-of-a-kind, show stopping pieces that truly make your wedding you. This is a custom escort card wall that I created for Lauren and Laurie's destination wedding in Italy. Featuring die cut shell shaped place cards with tassels, and an illustrated border with all their favourite memories from their travels together.

Watercolour is the perfect medium for capturing the vibrant colours and beauty of destination weddings, from sun-drenched villas and vineyards to coastal settings and tropical resorts. With my bespoke design service, I can hand-paint your venue or a special landscape, along with illustrations that reflect the location, such as palm trees, citrus fruits, native flowers or local wildlife. To complete the experience, I can work closely with your wedding planner to create beautifully coordinated on-the-day stationery and signage, ensuring every detail feels cohesive from the moment your invitations arrive to the final toast on your wedding day.
