Belly bands are a savvy way of holding folded invitations closed or separate cards together. A core part of the stationery design, belly bands can be printed or plain, paper or vellum, and finished with a wax seal or card square.

When designing your wedding invitations, I'll choose a pretty envelope colour to complement the design. A range of envelope colours are available including pinks, blues and greens. I use good quality paper stock which is 100gsm - 135gsm depending on the colour and most have a diamond shaped flap.
