Refund & Returns

Any stationery or custom illustrations and artwork that is personalised is non-returnable. We do however offer a 'cooling off' period and you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

Shipping & Turnaround

My turnaround time is 4-6 weeks including the design, proofing, printing and delivery. Please note: some bespoke jobs may take longer and you will be advised of an estimated delivery date at the start of the project. Samples are usually posted out within 3 working days.
